FAQs
Why does our practice need a film?
A well-made architectural film does things a photo or brochure can't — it conveys atmosphere, craft, and human experience. It wins pitches, attracts clients, impresses planners, and builds your reputation. The practices that use film well consistently stand out.
What kind of films do you make?
We specialise in high-quality film production for architects, property developers and property managers — anyone who needs to communicate the quality and vision of their built environment to clients, investors, or the public. This ranges from cinematic storytelling films that bring a building's narrative to life, to drone and aerial footage, construction and fabrication footage, and multicamera live event coverage.
Can you capture drone and aerial footage? Are you licensed?
Yes. We provide professional drone and aerial cinematography, all our operators are fully licensed and we have full PLI to fly in the UK and internationally, including in urban and restricted areas.
Can you film a building that's still under construction?
Absolutely. Documenting the construction process is one of our specialisms. We can capture a project at any stage — from design to breaking ground through to completion — creating a compelling record of the build process.
I've never commissioned a film before. Where do we start?
With a conversation. We'll talk through what you're trying to achieve — whether that's winning a pitch, documenting a project, or creating marketing content — and we'll propose the right approach. You don't need to arrive with a brief.
How long does it take to produce a film?
It depends on the scope. A focused project film can turn around in 2–3 weeks. More complex productions with multiple locations, drone work, interviews or live events may require more planning and editing time. We'll always give you a clear timeline before we begin.
How much does a film cost?
Every project is different, so we don't publish fixed rates. What we can promise is transparency — we'll give you a clear, itemised quote before anything starts, with no surprises.
